Description

The purpose of this technical appendix is to share more detailed results and to describe more fully the sample and methods used in the research included in the brief, Educationā€™s long COVID: 2022-23 achievement data reveal stalled progress toward pandemic recovery.

We examined academic gains in the 2022-23 school year relative to pre-pandemic years. We also tracked the gap in achievement between the COVID year student group compared to their pre-pandemic peers.
