Samantha Musacchia serves as VP, Senior Advisor, where she leads the division’s large-scale assessment strategy. She began her career at NWEA in 2019 as senior manager of Policy and Advocacy and most recently served as chief of staff for the State Solutions Division.

Previously, Samantha worked in federal and state K–12 education policy, holding positions with the National Governors Association, Foundation for Excellence in Education, and Foundation for Florida’s Future.

Samantha holds her BA in social science education from the University of Central Florida and her MPA from Florida State University.
