Common Core Standards

In Milan, Michigan, Paddock Elementary School is seeing great strides in reading, thanks to a literacy program based on MAP scores and aimed at the individual needs of students. "[Teachers] have really taken ownership of the data," said Principal Sean DeSarbo. "They really look forward to being able to identify those students that are struggling and put the supports in place to help them."
