As the senior research manager of learning sciences at NWEA, Yong Luo leads the state psychometric team consisting of more than 10 highly capable psychometricians and statistical analysts. He also oversees psychometric and statistical analyses and research activities conducted by the team for different state partners. Yong holds a PhD in educational measurement from the University of Maryland, College Park and has more than 10 years of experience working on large-scale assessments.
