In her role as Chief Academic Officer for the Friendship Education Foundation, Dr. Green supports multiple campuses, ranging from grades pre-kindergarten through 12, with effective leadership development, school professional development, data collection and analysis, staff and family recruitment and retention, and school leader evaluation and feedback. She implemented and improved several school initiatives, including a teacher lesson plan template for all campuses that aligned to the evaluation tool for high quality instruction that increased teacher performance and student achievement. Dr. Green also interacts and collaborates with State Department of Education and district leaders regarding school performance and strategies for continued success.
