Tara Hardman is an instructional coach and professional learning consultant for NWEA. She earned her master's in culturally and linguistically diverse education from the University of Colorado Boulder and has worked as a science and engineering educator and an instructional coach throughout K–12 spaces in Colorado and Idaho.
