Lauren Wells has over 20 years' experience in education, including teaching, administration, instructional coaching, and professional learning facilitation. With NWEA, Lauren has facilitated professional learning to teachers, principals, and district administrators with our largest district partners. Over the last two years, due to COVID-19, there has been a focus on using data to support learning loss, social emotional learning, and family engagement and understanding of students' achievement and growth. Lauren holds an EdS and PhD in educational leadership from Oakland University.
