Fenesha Hubbard has been working with NWEA partners since 2012, in the role of Professional Development Senior Consultant. She helps K-12 school districts nationwide hone educators' use of assessment data to set goals, apply data to instruction and foster a focus on growth. Fenesha also tailors data coaching sessions to empower and guide leadership and instructional teams toward sound decision making. As an educator, Fenesha has served as a middle school math teacher, instructional coach, workshop facilitator, trainer and consultant. Fenesha received her M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
