Elaine Vislocky is the manager of Professional Learning Design at NWEA, where she focuses on the design of professional development that empowers educators to effectively apply insights gained from assessment data to improve student performance. She worked in K–12 schools for two decades as a teacher, instructional technology specialist, staff developer, and assistant superintendent for curriculum, instruction and technology.
