Cara Jackson

Cara Jackson is an associate partner with Bellwether Education Partners, focusing on issues related to evaluation and planning, research design, survey research, and quantitative data analysis. She is also an adjunct lecturer at American University’s School of Education, where she teaches research methods. She earned her PhD in education policy and an advanced certificate in education measurement, statistics, and evaluation from the University of Maryland. Her master’s degree is from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she is also an alum of the Strategic Data Project Fellowship.
