Christina Schneider, senior director of Psychometric Solutions at NWEA, leads teams dedicated to assessment design and psychometrics for large-scale, statewide summative assessments across the nation. She specializes in working at the intersection of classroom, interim, and summative assessment where psychometrics, education policy, and professional learning play critical roles. In 2006, she was a corecipient of AERA’s Division D award for significant contribution to educational measurement and research methodology. Dr. Schneider holds an MEd in educational research and a PhD in music education from the University of South Carolina.
