Ashley Patterson

Ashley Patterson holds the role of early learning solutions strategist with NWEA, which allows her to live out her passion of supporting equitable literacy instruction for all students by using reliable data. Prior to joining NWEA, she was a classroom teacher, reading interventionist, and assistant principal. She holds a master’s degree from Loyola University and continued her education in school leadership at Point Park University. In her career, she’s discovered that literacy is a social justice issue and is committed to collaborating with others to ensure students have the best opportunity to learn to read, especially in the early grades.
