Samantha Mullins

Samantha Mullins is a dedicated educator with a rich background in teaching and education. She spent a decade in Quito, Ecuador, where she honed her skills working with multilingual learners. In 2020, she returned to the United States and joined Chicago Public Schools, where she has been instrumental in supporting educators and students through the implementation of effective multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) frameworks. Samantha holds a doctorate in education policy, organization, and leadership from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
