Kara Hamilton

Kara Hamilton is the director of Tutorial Programming for Guilford County Schools in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she leads the implementation of the district’s homegrown high-dosage tutoring program. In this role, she oversees program design and operations and collaborates on research partnerships that strengthen evidence-based practices and improve student outcomes. Prior to joining the district, Kara worked in the education nonprofit sector supporting statewide advocacy efforts, strategic communications, and professional learning for educational leaders across North Carolina.
