Jen Allen

Jen Allen has over 25 years of education experience. She began her career as a high school English teacher before transitioning to assistant principal. She worked as a director for instructional support services and secondary education and spent the last six years of her K–12 career as an assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction. After retiring from public education, she joined NWEA as a professional learning consultant. Jen received her BA in English and MA in education from Truman State University in Missouri. She completed her educational specialist coursework at the University of Missouri-Columbia, and she earned her educational doctorate from Saint Louis University.
