Cara Holt

Cara Holt lives in Florida with her four children, husband, dog, and cat. She has more than 18 years’ experience in education as a teacher leader, instructional coach, administrator, and educational consultant. Cara holds a bachelor’s in early childhood education, master’s in educational leadership, and certification as an educational specialist in teacher leadership. She is working to complete a PhD in K–12 studies. She is also a certified instructional coach through the Lastinger Center at the University of Florida. Cara served as a staff professional learning specialist for NWEA for three years.
