Beth Praska

Beth Praska joined NWEA in 2021 and is a senior implementation manager, where she designs and leads large-scale literacy professional learning. With a focus on the science of reading, early literacy, and data-informed instruction, she supports teachers and leaders through networks and workshops that strengthen classroom practice. Before NWEA, Beth worked in state education, higher education, school leadership, instructional coaching, and as a classroom teacher. She currently serves as an elected school board director and Special Olympics coach, and she is passionate about equitable access to high-quality literacy instruction for all learners. Beth holds an EdD in educational leadership from Bethel University.
