A native Minnesotan, she has spent her career as a reading specialist, literacy coach, and executive leadership coach supporting teachers and school leaders in school improvement. In her current role, Amy supports schools in meeting their goals by developing high-quality Tier 1 instructional practices driven by assessment data. Amy is also a leadership coach at the Center for Model Schools supporting district and school leaders in improving the 5Essentials of school improvement. In her free time, Amy enjoys traveling, reading, golfing, and attending live music events.
