Amy currently works for the Clark County School District in Las Vegas, Nevada, engaging school and district leaders in PLCs, instructional rounds, giving feedback to educators, and instructional coaching for school improvement. Amy believes that the key to student success is high-quality grade-level instruction and differentiated support driven by data from educators and leaders who strive for ongoing continuous improvement.
