How to Install or Upgrade the NTE Administration Tool

Please note: the NTE Administration Tool requires a Windows-based machine. 

To install the NTE Administration Tool:

  1. Download the "Setup.exe" installation file to your Windows-based computer and double-click it to begin the installation process. (If the software is already installed but prompts you to update when you log in, click "Update.") The InstallShield Wizard screen appears.
  2. Click "Next." The installation directory screen appears.
  3. Click "Install" to accept the default installation location. (To select an alternate installation directory, click "Change," browse to the desired location, then click "OK.") The installation proceeds and displays a progress bar.
  4. Click "Finish."
