How it works: The calculator finds the midpoint week of each testing window, then counts complete Monday–Sunday weeks from the week that includes the first day of school.
Note: Do not subtract holidays or breaks. Weeks run Monday–Sunday even if school starts mid-week.
Season boundaries: Fall = Weeks 1–20, Winter = Weeks 16–30, Spring = Weeks 26–42. If the calculated week falls outside the season range, the calculator uses the nearest valid week.
