Dr. He is the Director of Psychometric Research and Services at NWEA. Dr. He’s recent work has focused on psychometrics, computerized adaptive testing, educational accountability issues, and applied statistics. Her research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Educational Measurement, Educational and Psychological Measurement, and International Journal of Testing. She holds a Ph.D. in Measurement and Quantitative Methods from Michigan State University. Selected publications are below:
