This is more than a mission statement for the 300+ people who make up NWEA. It is our true north, guiding our efforts to make kid-centric education a reality for every child, every day.

Mission in Motion
How do we live our mission? It touches every aspect of our organization. It drives our research, informs our assessments,  shapes our professional development offerings and support efforts. It also keeps us aligned as we evolve as an organization and partner.

An Animating Vision
We strive to be a catalyst to create a world in which education adapts to the child, not vice versa. We believe in the power of accurate and comprehensive data to inform each child's optimal learning path, and that educators armed with this information will do amazing things with it.
