Creating an error-free Class Roster File and Special Programs File is one of the most important steps in preparing to administer NWEA’s Measures of Academic Progress. An accurate Class Roster File ensures accurate reports for every child. It is becoming increasingly important, too, that districts prepare an accurate Special Programs File to meet the data disaggregation requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act.

These files should be created and uploaded to NWEA Reports Site two weeks prior to your first day of testing.
