In this workshop, attendees use growth data as the basis for establishing and evaluating goals. Participants learn how to work with students to set growth targets and understand how to analyze data over time to identify effective programs and instructional practices.
This one-day workshop is designed for teachers and members of the District Leadership Team. Participants will develop capacity to evaluate growth data and engage in effective goal setting practices.
This workshop will focus on:
- Growth norms and research
- Evaluating growth patterns
- Setting goals
At least two seasons of data are required.
