Begin TrainingCreating an error-free Class Roster File (CRF) and Special Programs File (SPF) is one of the most important steps in preparing to administer Measures of Academic Progress (MAP).
An accurate Class Roster File ensures accurate reports for every child. It is becoming increasingly important, too, that districts prepare an accurate Special Programs File to meet the data disaggregation requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act.
This self-paced CRF/SPF tutorial explains the key components of these files. After viewing the tutorial, CRF and SPF coordinators will understand how to create quality files. In addition, they will learn tips to help ensure a timely enrollment process. Documentation is provided for download within the presentation.
