Reset Test Results for Uploading Using NTE Admin 2

In rare circumstances, uploaded test events may need to be reset in your local testing folder and then re-uploaded to the NWEA servers. This should only be done when necessary and at the direction of NWEA Technical Support.

If you believe a test event reset may be required for one or more of your testing folders please contact NWEA Technical Support at 877-469-3287 or techsupport@nwea.org to confirm.

To reset the uploaded test events in a testing folder:

  1. Log in to Network Test Environment (NTE) Admin 2.
  2. Check the boxes next to the names of the schools for which you want to reset the uploaded tests. Please note: You must define a folder location for the folders you are resetting before making any changes.
  3. Click "Reset Test Results."
  4. Enter the daily code provided to you by NWEA Technical Support.
  5. Click OK. A message appears confirming the test results of the selected school(s) have been reset.
  6. Click OK again.
  7. Check the boxes corresponding to the folders where test events were reset.
  8. Check the "Upload Test Results" checkbox.
  9. Click "Start." The reset test events are re-uploaded to the NWEA servers.

Please note: Test events uploaded to NWEA require a nightly population cycle in order to appear on NWEA Reports.
