Errors Installing NTE Admin 2

If you encounter problems installing Network Test Environment (NTE) Admin 2, consider the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Verify that your Windows account is a local administrator and that you have the right to install software. Installation of NTE Admin 2 requires a local administrator account. If your Windows account is not a local administrator, please contact your local network administrator.
  2. Uninstall NTE Admin 2 from the Windows Control Panel. Once this process is complete, reinstall the application from the Setup file.
  3. Install the Microsoft .NET Framework version 4 or higher. Once this process is complete, try installing NTE Admin 2 again.
