Download Tests Individually with NTE Admin 2
Network Test Environment (NTE) Admin 2 is the software used to interact with your NTE folder. The software allows you to both download your testing data into your NTE at the start of a testing season, and upload student results from the NTE after they have completed testing.
If you are building your testing folder prior to beginning testing, and need to download all of your test packages at once, follow the separate "How to upload and download data using NTE Admin 2" instructions.
If you need to download one or more additional test packages individually:
- Log in to NTE Admin 2.
- In the row corresponding to the school for which you are downloading tests individually, click the column labeled "[Click to define folder location]".
- Type in the folder path to your testing folder and click the Save icon, or click the Folder icon and browse to the folder path location.
- Click "Download Individual Test."
- Click the "Download Now" button in the row corresponding to the individual test you want to download. The Download/Upload Progress screen appears as the test downloads.
- Please note: If your district is giving the MAP for Primary Grades tests, a separate download of the required audio files will also be necessary.
- Click "Close" after the Download/Upload Progress screen reports that the test has successfully downloaded.
Note: It is also possible to download individual tests simultaneously to multiple schools. To do so, follow the instructions above, but check the associated boxes for each desired school prior to clicking the Download Individual Test button.
