Change Test Package Assignments for Downloading Using NTE Admin 2

Network Test Environment (NTE) Admin 2 makes it possible to adjust district test package assignments, specifying particular sets of tests for particular schools. Correct user permissions are required to utilize this feature; you may need to contact your MAP Coordinator if you lack the required access.

To change test package assignments:

  1. Log in to NTE Admin 2.
  2. Check the boxes to the left of the names of the schools for which you want to change the test package assignments. Please note: You must define a folder location for the schools you are changing test packages for before making any changes.
  3. Click "Assign Tests."
  4. Click the checkboxes to the left of the test package names for each test you want to assign to all specified schools. To assign a test to some, but not all, schools, check the box in the test package row in a school's column. To un-assign a test from a school, click a checked box to uncheck it.
  5. After you have made all of the desired test package assignment changes, click "Assign" to finalize the changes.

Please note: Once test package assignments have been changed, tests will need to be re-downloaded to each affected school in order for the local testing environment(s) to be updated.
