System maintenance windows

At NWEA, we constantly seek ways to improve your experience working with our products and services. Occasionally, we perform necessary maintenance on our systems to facilitate growth for the upcoming months or to make changes necessary to release new product features. To minimize the impact to our partners, NWEA schedules maintenance for extended weekends throughout the year.

During the maintenance windows you will be able to test students using the MAP TestTaker application; however, you will not be able to upload or download student or test data, access reports, or interact with NWEA web sites, including the Reports Site and MAP TAA.

To keep the NWEA site reliable and secure, emergency maintenance and security updates are necessary from time to time. When required, these take place on Friday evenings between 5pm and 8pm Pacific Time. During this maintenance, the NWEA website may be inaccessible. If you experience access problems on a Friday evening, please log out and return later.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience as we take these strides in improving your experience with our products and services.

Please note: For each of the weekends listed below, system maintenance will take place Friday, 5pm Pacific Time to 11:59pm Sunday, Pacific Time.
