System Maintenance Windows
At NWEA, we continually seek ways to improve your experience using our products. We perform routine maintenance on our systems to facilitate necessary changes or to release new product features. To minimize the impact to our partners, NWEA schedules this maintenance during one weekend each month. While maintenance is being performed, you will be able to test students using the MAP TestTaker application; however, you will not be able to upload or download student or test data, access reports, or interact with NWEA Web sites, such as the Reports Site.
When required, this system maintenance takes place beginning Friday evenings between 5pm and 8pm Pacific Time. During this time, the NWEA Web site may be inaccessible. If you experience access problems during these maintenance periods, please log out and return later.
