What should I do if there are two instances of the same student in MAP TestTaker?

If you see two instances of a student in MAP TestTaker, verify that the multiple records refer to the same student. To tell students with similar information apart when administering the tests, modify the student record in MAP TAA. Refer to the related issues below for detailed instructions.

Be sure that you re-download the student data for the changes to be reflected in MAP TestTaker. If the test has already been administered and more than one instance of the student was used, notify NWEA Technical Support at

877-469-3287 of the duplication after test results have been uploaded.
