What should I do if there are two instances of the same student in MAP TestTaker?

If you see two instances of a student in MAP TestTaker, verify that the multiple records refer to distinctive students. To tell students with similar information apart, view the detailed student profiles in Network Test Environment (NTE) Admin 2, which will include the students' teacher and class assignments. If needed, you may modify the students' information using NTE Admin 2 to include middle initials or other differentiating information. Note: You will need to re-download Student Data in order for these changes to be reflect in TestTaker.
