MAP TestTaker says my student is already logged in, but they are not.
This issue is caused by the server erroneously maintaining a reserved connection for a student workstation. It can occur after sudden or sporadic loss of network connectivity during testing.
To resolve this issue:
- At a time when no students are testing, locate your NTE folder on your network.
- Unshare the folder from your network.
- Reshare the folder, making sure that you assign the same network permissions originally set on the folder.
- Log in once more and allow the student to resume testing.
