How to report a problematic test item

If you have found a test item that you believe contains an error, please submit a Problem Item Report Form. The Problem Item Report Form allows you to specify the nature of the problem to NWEA. Upon receipt, NWEA investigates each matter internally.

Please note: while NWEA takes measures to carefully review each submitted Problem Item Report, the submitter will only be contacted if there is a need for further clarification. Adjustments made based on changes from Problem Item Reports are integrated into future test package releases.
