Can I add new students after I submit the Class Roster File (CRF)?
Yes. New students may be added after CRF processing using the Test Administrator Application (MAP TAA); see our instructions for how to add a student testing account.
Please note: when you add a student testing account in MAP TAA, by default, the application will first add the new account to your district's data on NWEA's servers. In order to test using that student testing account, the new account will need to be downloaded to your local Network Test Environment (NTE) folder. If the computer being used to add the new student testing account has both the correct location and permissions to access the NTE, the download of the new student account will occur automatically. If not, Student Data will need to be re-downloaded into the NTE at a time when no students are testing.
