What if our school/district changes the Student IDs between testing terms?
If the Student IDs in your district change, you can use the "Previous Student ID" column (Column P) in the Class Roster File (CRF) template to associate the student data from the old ID to the new ID. This only needs to be done once to maintain an accurate results history; in subsequent terms, the new Student ID may be used exclusively and the original association will remain.
