MAP TAA Error -2147166498

Error 2147166498 (Error attempting to Zip/Unzip Files) MAP TAA cannot create a zip file in SystemRoot%\System32\packages folder.

The SystemRoot% directory can be found in one of the following locations, depending on your operating system:

Windows 98: C:\Windows\System
Windows NT and Windows 2000: C:\WINNT\System32
Windows XP: C:\Windows\System32

Be sure that you can create files in one of these directories, that you have adequate hard drive space (up to 250 MB), and that your computer's system time is accurate.
