MAP TestTaker does not recognize an employee that was added in NTE Admin 2

New or modified employee accounts may be unable to administer tests in MAP TestTaker for three reasons:

User Account Permissions

Each employee account has specific rights assigned to it. To see what permissions have been assigned to an employee account, within Network Test Environment (NTE) Admin 2, click View/Modify Employee Profile under the Manage Employees menu and search for the account in question. Properly authorized accounts, such as the District MAP Coordinator's, may change assigned permissions.

Outdated Local School/District Data

If the account has the correct permissions but still does not appear in MAP TestTaker, verify that your local Network Test Environment (NTE) folder has the most recent School/District Data. School/District Data is a component of your NTE that contains all of the most recent encrypted Proctor logins. Updated School/District Data may be downloaded using NTE Admin 2, however, School/District Data downloads may not occur while students are testing.

Incorrect account level access

If your account is district-level, such as a MAP Coordinator account or a district-level proctor account, make sure your NTE folder is district-level as well. Only accounts specific to the school may proctor tests from a given school-level NTE folder.
