Upload Test Results Daily
How to upload test results using NTE Admin 2
When a student completes a test, the test score is stored on your local server. You will need to transfer test results to NWEA using NTE Admin 2's upload function in order to see the test results on reports.
After you have set up Network Test Environment (NTE) Admin 2 for the first time and created the file share location for the school (NTE), you are ready to transfer files between NWEA and the school as follows:
- Launch and log in to NTE Admin 2.
- Verify that the school or schools from which you are uploading have the correct folder paths listed in the "Folder Location" column.
- Check the box(es) to the left of the school(s) for which you are uploading data.
- Check the "Upload Test Results" box.
- Click the "Start" button. The progress window opens. When the upload has completed, the Last Action and Result columns of the NTE Admin 2 window indicate the action performed, the date is was performed, and the status (for example, succeeded or failed).
Please note: Your district's MAP Coordinator will receive an email confirming a successful merge of your test results. At this point, your test results will reside in your local NTE folder as well as in the NWEA database. Unless otherwise directed by Partner Support, please avoid taking steps that might interfere with your uploads, such as archiving or deleting files within your NTE folder, until the last results of the term have been successfully uploaded and merged to NWEA's database.
