Data Repair Request - Combine MAP® for Primary Grades Segments

When a partner combines two MAP for Primary Grades (MPG) test events in an unusual way, NWEA can help produce the desired data by combining the appropriate segments to create a new combined event.  This Data Repair Request (DRR) is to combine two MPG test segments.

This Data Repair Request is to combine MAP for Primary Grades test segments.  Before submitting this request, please verify the following:

- Both Mathematics or both Reading segments are taken by the student within 28 days.

- The individual Mathematics and/or Reading segments are valid (RIT score: >=100, <=340 and Duration >=3 minutes and dated within the testing window).

This Data Repair Request will have the following impacts on reports:

-  After combining, the two test segments will no longer be reported, only the combined test event will be visible in reports. This combined test event becomes the growth event reported for the student. The test name changes to one of these names, depending on the subject:

-  Primary Grades Reading (Combined Tests-all Goals)

-  Primary Grades Mathematics (Combined Tests-all Goals)            

-  The summary statistics in all reports may be altered.

This form is solely for purposes of combining MAP for Primary Grade Segments. Any other type of repair to correct erroneous student or test data will require the appropriate Data Repair Request form located at the NWEA website.
